  • What is the structure of TECO ATSH?
    • The structure of TECO ATSH: three sets of terminals
      1. A set of normal power input terminals. (AL and AN)
      2. A set of backup power input terminals. (BL and BN)
      3. The other set is the output terminals of the load power. (L and N). Do not connect them incorrectly.
      *Power window for ATSH: 
             Green: Indicates that the normal power (mains or solar power) is supplying
      Red: Indicates that the backup power (generator power or mains) is supplying
      *ATSH have DIP switch function for automatic/manual switching
  • What are the functions of automatic/manual DIP switch of TECO ATSH M1 type?
    • TECO ATSH model M1 automatic/manual switching DIP switch function description: 
      1. The DIP switch is set at automatic: 
        If both power sources exist at the same time, it is mandatory to use the normal power source (mains power or solar power) to supply power.
      2. The DIP switch is set at manual: 
          If both power sources exist at the same time, it is mandatory to use the backup power source (generator or mains power) to supply power.
      At this time, the DIP switch must be pulled back to the automatic position to return to the normal power supply (mains power or solar power) state.
       
  • The features of TECO ATSH?
    • 1. This product is magnetic contactor type (MC) A.T.S. with mechanical and electrical interlock function. 
      2. Single coil design, when the power is supplied normally, the MC switch does not act to avoid energy consumption.
      3. The mechanical window display is linked with the MC switch, which displays the power supply source without misjudgment
  • Operation precautions of TECO ATSH
    • 1. Before operation, please confirm whether the input voltage meets the demand.
      2. The common power side and the standby power side should not be reversely connected
      3. The output capacity is specified, please do not increase equipment capacity.
  • What are the most common failures of TECO ATSH?
    • 1. The wrong input power is connected.
          AC110V is required but using AC220V, which causes the internal contactor coil burnt out.
      2. Order the wrong model.
         Customers need AC220V products but ordered AC110V products, which makes it unable to operate.
      3. The terminals of the normal power side and the backup power side are reversely connected.
      4. If the ATSH-2020M1 product is overloaded and used for a load of more than 30A, the internal contactor contacts will be burnt.
      5. The internal relay (Ruiyi Motor LB2 series POWER RELAY) is burnt out.

  • Why cant TMM display voltage? (Example: three-phase three-wire)
    • European terminal block Terminals 2-4 may not be short-circuited, which may be caused by 3-phase 3-wire voltage offset. Reset A-1 (three phase, three wire setting), A-2 (if PT is available, set primary side voltage), A-3 (if PT is available, set secondary side voltage) and A-4 (set primary side current transformer) according to utilization conditions. Change H-1 page 2 setting as display line voltage status.
  • Why are the power and power factor values of TMM displayed as negative values?
    • It may be caused by the wrong phase sequence, or the opposite direction of k and l of CT.
  • Why does the TMM-20 display abnormal when measuring the S-phase current value when the place has a frequency inverter?
    • Due to the special current waveform of the inverter, if 2CT is connected, the "calculation current" of the S phase will be incorrect, resulting in a high I-avg value.
      If the inverter is wired (the S-phase current is the current synthesized by the CT), the S-phase current is the measured current value, and the I-avg value will also be normal. (or connect to 3CT as well)
